Simultaneously holds the role of Key Account Manager for two large accounts at BEAM's parent company AVL, with the overall sales and commercial responsibility for the global business, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy. The main task is to build and maintain important relationships and to continuously work with prospecting to identify new potential business opportunities. I have been deeply involved and driving in the negotiation of new agreements, framework agreements and larger procurements.

General Manager for AVL - Engineering Center Gothenburg, responsible for the business development in the region. Providing high-end engineering services to the automotive industry in product development, e.g. electrification and software. Developed and grew the business i.a. by adding several new offers and service areas. Has drawn up and implemented a long-term strategic plan for the operations/business development in the region and carried out extensive change work regarding the company culture and career development for the employees. Full budget and profit responsibility rested on me. AVL is the world's largest independent company for development, simulation and testing technology of powertrains (hybrid, combustion engines, transmission, electric drive, batteries and software) for passenger cars, trucks and large engines. For more than 75 years, AVL has been an expert partner to the global automotive and mobility industry all over the world. AVL has more than 10,000 employees at 45 affiliates worldwide.

Managed a department of approx. 80 employees and three subordinate group managers. Responsible for sales, recruitment and to ensure a sustainable development of the department. Strived to create growth by attract, develop, motivate and retain employees and clients. Was the initiator and driving force in establishing a new regional Alten-office in the city of Umeå.Alten develops and delivers IT and engineering expertise to world-leading companies. The largest customers are found in the Energy, Telecom, Automotive, Defence & Aerospace industries and covers the whole product development cycle. Alten Sverige AB is a part of Alten Group, one of Europe’s largest technology and IT consultancy companies with 18 000 employees represented in 20 countries.

Responsible group manager for several business areas within vehicle development. Great focus on sales and recruitment resulted in growth from 15 to approx. 55 people. Contributed to increasing and broadening the "in-house" business by starting three new "in-house" projects in completely new areas. Was the initiator and driving force in the establishment of a new regional office in Umeå, which was the first north of Västerås. Hired and coached the responsible manager in Umeå remotely and developed the business by going from 0 to include 12 employees within 15 months.

Group manager with responsibility for sales, recruitment and leadership. Created a growth for the group from 5 to about 15 people which was crucial for promotion.

Project Management role KM-QT (Knowledge Manager for Quality Tools) within proactive quality, with the task of acting as an expert for quality tools, associated methods and processes. The role also requires extensive knowledge of how to effectively lead cross-functional work in a large global organization.

Project manager role PMQ (Project Manager Quality) within reactive quality. The main purpose of the role is to lead and run projects regarding quality deficiencies in production details, in order to quickly and efficiently find solutions to introduce. The area of responsibility includes i.a. project planning and control, risk management, establishment and follow-up of time plans, as well as budgeting and cost follow-up.

Work within a number of different engine projects regarding design and development of larger castings and components in areas such as turbo systems, coolant systems and EGR systems.
