• Responsible for the targeted digitalisation, standardisation and automation of HR processes • Analysis and development of decision templates and translation into efficient and agile processes• Organisation of project meetings and knowledge exchange with group colleagues• Assumption of project-related special tasks to professionalise the HR department and achieve best practice • Measurement of project success and ensuring the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, deadlines and costs

• Responsible for recruiting new employees and placing job advertisements independently• Designing and doing the onboarding and offboarding process for (international) employees, including drawing up contracts and certificates • Planning and coordinating training and further education measures for employees • Preparing and following up payroll accounting and supervising time recording

• Support in the day-to-day business of operative personnel work Personnel administration, such as creation of contract documents, certificate creation, system maintenance, maintenance of personnel files, etc. • Collaboration in the conception and implementation of HR projects (digitalization of HR processes, personnel development, etc.) • Support in recruiting, especially applicant management, posting of job advertisements as well as active sourcing • Collaboration in talent acquisition projects, such as in the area of employer branding or the development of recruiting strategies

• Creating and placing job advertisements on various portals • Administrative support for employees (e.g. creating employment contracts, creating certificates, support for time recording data) • Support with the preparatory payroll accounting • Support with job interviews and preparation and follow-up • Communication with applicants in writing and by telephone
