-Control the access of customers into the port facilities-Check that the customer have the proper documentation in order to receive the cargo from the port's warehouses/yards-Go through customs website to review the status of the cargo-Perform inspections on all inbound/outbound cargo-Keep in contact with the warehouses' and yards' officers, in order to update the inventory in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) of the company (Zodiac)-Update the TOS (Zodiac) for cargo arrival/departure-Work closely with the Senior Terminal Operating System Coordinator on the development of the system-Actively participate in billing automation project-Leader of the DPWL Gate Pass Solution project (part of terminal's automation project)-Terminal Operating System trainer (Gate's module, Vessel operation's module)-Create and update the SOP for Gate Operations

-Tally Clerk at vessel's and port operations-Monitor the operations for any delays and keep records of the operation's productivity-Inspect the cargo to be loaded/discharged for any damages or discrepancies-In containers operations, I was responsible to check that the seal number of the container is the one declared in the import manifest
