In my role as a Business Analyst, I specialize in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. During these years, my main focus areas has been:- Power BI: Holding overall responsibility for Microsoft Power BI, including managing IT consultants and prioritizing tasks for co-workers based on Pagero's business needs. Additionally, I work hands-on with building visualizations, testing, support, user experience, and education.- Commercial/Sales Analysis: Collaborating with Pagero's global commercial department to analyze and present insights and data points to management across various areas.- Presentations: Creating PowerPoint presentations for management to support decision-making processes.

As an Account executive, I focused on growing revenue in the Nordic market, targeting small and medium-sized businesses. My role included selling to new customers through campaigns and cold calls, as well as upselling to existing customers.

As a Pre-sale and Bid Management Specialist, I played a central role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of Pageros proposal submissions. My responsibilities included:- Client engagement- Requirement analysis- Solution design- Documentation & presentation of the proposal- Project management- Content development- Review & quality assurance- Risk managementIn addition to above i implemented a new e-learning system globally at Pagero which including research, negotiation, migration and launching the new system. I also created new courses, maintained and supported the organization.
