Over the last 5 years, I have gathered some interesting practical knowledge at Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – first of all, as a CRM Manager in Digital Marketing at the DFB GmbH, today as a consultant for the SAP Marketing Cloud at maihiro GmbH. We at maihiro understand ourselves as one of the Customer Journey Advisers, we help you to acquire customers and develop long-term customer relationships. My colleagues and I are specialists for CRM, Customer Experience (CX) and Commerce. We work out suitable solutions for marketing - such as holistic ones, sales and service up to their implementation. In a personal way, I’m happy making my passion to my profession in the years after my studies in sports management and management science. On the one hand, the insights collected in the biggest sports association of the world (such as the German national football team) were interesting and impressive. On the other hand, I had the chance to underline my economic view of the Service-dominant logic (S-D logic). I consider my daily work in consulting from the background of the S-D logic. This daily business is not only deepening in knowledge in dealing with B2C companies but also with B2B companies, it opens up new business fields.
