I am an Environmental Scientist, graduated in 2000 from the University of the Aegean – Department of Environmental Studies.In 2002 I received my Master of Science in Oceanography from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.From 1999 since today, I have gained my experience in the fields of Environment and Oceanography as a Research Associate at the Hellenic Centre of Marine Research, as Environmental Consultant at Epsilon S.A. and Epsilon GIS Technologies S.A. and as an Environmental Auditor at TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS S.A. Since 2005 I work as an Environmental Consultant at TERRA NOVA Ltd., participating in a significant number of the company’s environmental projects.I have a wide experience in the fields of:- Environmental Impact Assessments, having participated in more than 120 projects of various types of activities (Roads and Motorways, Industrial plants, Shipyards, Health Care Units, Touristic Projects, Telecommunication projects, etc)- Environmental Monitoring and Environmental Risk Assessment Audits (more than 40 environmental risk assessment audits in industrial sites)- Environmental Mapping and GIS technologies,- Coastal Zone Management and Coastal Geomorphology- EU Research & Development environmental projects (participation in 8 EU R&D Projects).I have a sense of organization and management (currently TERRA NOVA's Project Manager in the on-going EU funded LIFE projects DEBAG, CLIMATREE and CONOPS) and a team spirit (skill gained through my participation in large project teams).Since 2001 I am member of the Aegean University graduate’s Association (EPPE).
