Current• Strategic Fundraising Planning: Create and implement a fundraising strategy to achieve financial goals, including setting targets, identifying new opportunities, and diversifying income streams• Donor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations, ensuring consistent communication, recognition, and reporting• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate key fundraising campaigns, including the annual Book Week Fundraiser, digital initiatives, and community activities• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the fundraising team, including staff and volunteers• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organisations, businesses, and community groups to enhance fundraising efforts and broaden the organisation's reach• Budget Management: Develop and oversee the fundraising budget, ensuring efficient resource use and alignment with financial goals• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on fundraising performance, using data to improve strategies and keep the executive team informed
