I was the owner of the Country’s P&L and the manager of the local team in Milan, and I acted as the company’s spokesperson in relationships with authorities and partners. In 2019-2020 I have led the development of BlaBlaBus, a new long distance bus network, by coordinating the whole business lifecycle including market strategy, operations, sales and quality management.
