I hold a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and currently work as a consultant at Frontit, a strategic change partner. At Frontit, we help businesses achieve desired outcomes and ensure these changes are sustainable by transforming resistance into engagement and getting employees actively involved in the change journey.As a consultant, I have held several leadership roles in both agile and traditionally managed projects, and I have a deep understanding of both the strengths and limitations of these methodologies. With extensive leadership experience and a background in product development and IT at large organizations such as ABB/Hitachi, SAAB, and Eneto Group, I have worked in applikation and product development, business development, digitalization, and transformations.One of my strengths is my ability to diplomatically and unpretentiously drive progress throughout the organization and garner support for changes, even in environments with low project maturity. I have extensive experience in leadership roles at the intersection of technology and business, enabling me to navigate and create value in complex organizations.I am distinctly attentive and analytical in my work and prioritize the needs of the customer.
