I have 3+ years of experience in this role, and I have successfully built talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy that includes social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, and networking.I have also initiated and implemented the Virtual Hiring initiative through a partnership with Indeed, where I developed the standard operation procedure and job descriptions for additional support staff, managed budget spending, and provided weekly reporting on completed events. Additionally, I have trained recruiting team members and management staff on how to conduct planning and execution of virtual hiring events.
