Principal Responsibilities:• Ensure proper implementation of management plans and policies in product and IT service development so customer can get the same experience from initial stage.• Monitor, control and evaluate service delivery; Be accountable for the quality of Service and performance, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed by team of business/ service planning, IT developer and QA team.• Service Level compliance monitoring, ensuring risks or potential breaches are flagged to the business in advance along with recommendations to mitigate or resolve. With the express aim of ensuring all service levels are met by the business process.• Provide on-going analysis of reports, performance and trends, generating appropriate and timely recommendations and stating risks to both the customer and the management.• Maintenance of all documentation and procedures relating to all aspects of all Services provided.

Principal Responsibilities:• Influences solution, process innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in Data products, Value-Added services, Digital services and Device management by matching with internal platform (Billing system, Data platform, CRM, Middleware/ M2M through API communication, Mobile application and payment gateway).• Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical requirements such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Requirement Analysis Design (RAD), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines. • Interface with customers, third party vendors and internal units on product issues (e.g. system specifications, timely deliveries, third party dependencies, etc.). Timely and effectively escalate issues to the correct internal/partner departments if needed, and ensure that resources are then obtained and applied to the customer/program so that customer issues are resolved on-time and to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and company needs/policies.

Principal Responsibilities:• Acting as an interface for all product or project request coming from users (VAS Commerce, Product Management, Customer Relationship Management, Inter-carrier, B2B or Business Solution and other department).• Assess and analyzing network feasibility to find the best fit design solution and configuration for the product or project can be implemented perfectly in the network.• Provide project reports, technical reports, and product performance reports on a regular basis.• Manage, communicate and coordinate with vendor or partner for each product enhancement, network changes, incidents, reporting and upgrades.

Principal Responsibilities:- Support hardware installation, commissioning and maintenance for Huawei CORE products (MGW, MSC, HLR, M2000).- Support test activities of operator acceptance testing.- Provide post-sales technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.Experience Gained:- Understanding the function of each telecommunication network elements (HLR, MSC, Media Gateway, IN) for setting up a telecommunication environments. - Understanding telecommunication protocols (SS7, ISUP, MAP, etc), call flows and routing concepts.- Understanding procedure of hardware installation, commissioning, configuring and troubleshooting.
