Responsible for working with York Regional Police members at all levels, court services, and other police agencies, in order to, prepare, process and assemble Crown Folders including, warrants, bails, pleas, and submitting disclosure and additional disclosure as necessary.−Build Information and electronic folders for matters that fall within the JOT timeline; including criminal/federal matters, as well as, Part 3 folders, monitor Show Causes, and make corrections brought forward by the GO Reader Unit.−Ensure all supplemental reports, text pages and attachments are linked to the correct General Occurrence (GO), issue follow-ups for any missing information, and troubleshoot when required. −Generate CPIC, PARIS and MTO ISS checks and ensure any updates or modifications are completed.−Pull and filter POA Audit list, Build electronic folders for Part 1 Summons matters and disclose them to CAMS.−Manage the HCOURT Workflow; issue follow-ups for any outstanding documents required to build the Crown folder, review and conclude submitted follow-ups, process additional disclosure and remove from the workflow queue.-Assist officers who require specialized folders such as, Warrants, Summons, Replacement Informations, Firearms Disposition Hearings, Judges Orders, etc.
