As a Lead Product Designer at Planday, I am responsible for design vision and direction for the part of the product focusing on the mobile experience for managers and employees, tracking, planning and approving time. Formerly I did the same for the HR, employment, and payroll functionalities on desktop. I led a team of designers ranging from junior to senior level, helping them develop their skills and improve as passionate professionals. My role involves defining the design strategy for these functionalities, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, product designers, engineers, architects, content designers and user researchers to ensure our designs meet the needs and expectations of our customers.In addition to leading the design team, I also manage design operations, such as processes, ways of working and tools, to ensure efficient and effective design workflows. With a passion for creating user-centered designs, I strive to deliver products that are not only functional but also delightful to use.
