Junior Consulting is a consultancy firm consisting of students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As a strategy consultant, I have been involved in various projects, one of which focused on assessing the implications of the aquaculture industry in the context of the effects of resource rent taxation on the aquaculture sector and several projects evaluating scholarships implications and improvement potential.

Launched a podcast, Startskuddet, focused on innovation and entrepreneurship aimed at students. It features high-profile guests and aims to inform and inspire students by sharing lived experiences and stories. The team of three have developed the entire concept from bottom up. I am both producer and host, and do everything from marketing to editing. The first season is currently being released and has already made a significant impact, debuting on the top charts in Norway. Guests featured include investor Trond Riiber Knudsen, inventor of Kahooot Alf Inge Wang, Auge founder Simon Sætre Borchgrevink, Hotel founder Petter Stordalen, Deputy CEO in Rystad Lars Eirik Nicolaisen and more. We are now in the planning phase for season two.

As a Teaching Assistant at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, I had the privilege to assist and evaluate students in three fundamental programming subjects: - TDT4110 Information Technology (Python-based) - TDT4102 Procedure- and Object-Oriented Programming (C++-based) - TTK4235 Embedded Systems (C based) My role was to support the students in their learning journey, aid them in understanding the course material, assist in a laboratory setting and provide feedback on their work.

During my tenure as a Business Intern at the innovative eyewear startup, Okkult, under the umbrella of Askeladden & Co, I was entrusted with a range of pivotal responsibilities that significantly contributed to the company's operational efficiency and strategic growth:Dashboard Development: Designed and implemented a comprehensive dashboard that effectively tracked and analyzed key performance indicators, ensuring real-time insights into the company's performance.Business Analysis: Conducted in-depth analysis to identify and address key bottlenecks at our location, to maximise turnover and streamlining operations.Inventory Forecasting & Demand Prediction: Leveraged data analytics to forecast inventory needs and predict demand, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing holding costs.Ad-hoc Projects: Undertook a variety of ad-hoc tasks, catering to the dynamic needs of the startup environment.Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of working closely with CEO Caroline Bratzén and interim CEO Philip Borge. Their mentorship and guidance were instrumental in my professional growth, providing me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of business strategy and management.
