JV between FCA and Republic of Serbia founded in 2009 (3,000 people, net revenues of 1.5 billion Euro). Reporting directly to the CFO and responsible for a team of 13 people, I managed the administrative activity with particular focus on the statutory and management reporting as well as the commercial control. Supported the strategic decisions undertaken.

Dealt with the development of a joint venture between FCA and the Republic of Serbia aimed at creating a production plant in Kragujevac (Serbia) where the 500L model is currently produced. The joint venture also manages all the commercial operations within the Balkan region.
