Assisting National Grid's AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Digital Process Design team in facilitating workshops, defining and documenting the process and acceptance criteria used to build to successfully deploy and implement Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) for customers. Assisting the AMI team with development and review of the workshop materials. Responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives, identifying program risks, and the development of different stakeholder reports.

Social media content creation to promote and amplify CIFAE’s brand/online presence. Developed and analyzed new strategies to promote and improve CIFAE’s reach through improved social media approaches and online pathways of communication. Conducted research on designating CIFAE as a UNESCO Dual World Heritage Site, given to sites with both cultural and natural significance. Specifically, what this designation would mean for the Garo Hills community and the Asian elephant herds in the Garo Hills, as well as the requirements needed to receive this important recognition.

Lead content creator for Sustainability Hub’s online engagement team, amplifying its online presence, engagement and community outreach by curating website and social media accounts. Crafted and offered virtual presentations, tours and more educating the Downstate New York community on the importance of sustainability and clean energy.
