Despite redundancies, Pret achieved a 15% gain in positive public perception due to delivering change in the right way.Built new digital capabilities within the business transforming the operating model from single to omni-channel over 24 months, taking all employees on the transformation journey. Developed Pret’s Diversity, Equity & Belonging strategy including commitment to the British Retail Consortium D&I Charter. Supported a region of shops with people practices.Set up the HR framework for our new businesses in the US and Hong Kong.

Trustee for the Pret Foundation, an independent charity delivering over 6000 meals each year to the vulnerable and providing 600 homeless individuals with meaningful employment. In 2022 extended activities to create the Ukraine Employment Programme offering jobs and much needed support for 220 Ukrainian nationals.
