As Regional Managing Director over the Southeast with Northmarq's Carolina's Multifamily Team, Andrea is responsible for advising institutional and private clients in the disposition and capitalization of multifamily assets across the Southeast. With a primary focus on North and South Carolina and based in Charlotte, she is also partnered with Jeff Glenn, John Currin, Caylor Mark and Allan Lynch. The team holds number one market share across the Carolina's in Class A, core Multifamily institutional investment sales.

-Responsible for leading the overall multifamily acquisition and disposition strategy for the company. Target markets included major cities in NC, SC, TN and GA. -Managed broker and seller relationships, sourced and prepared detailed underwriting models and assessments of opportunities relative to market comparables, negotiated Purchase and Sale agreements, performed due diligence, presented and prepared comprehensive investment committee packages, raised equity capital, obtained debt financing and coordinated with internal team members to close 8 properties at a total capitalization of approximately $130M.-Served as the Managing Director of Grubb Southeast Residential Fund II, a private real estate investment fund.Grubb Properties, formed in 1963, is a privately owned real estate company, based in Charlotte, NC with 50 years of experience managing, acquiring and developing multifamily properties in the Southeast.

- Sourced, Negotiated and Closed Multifamily acquisition opportunities for Camden's primary markets in North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. - Led entire acquisition process including performing due diligence onsite, hiring 3rd party consultants, negotiating purchase and sale agreements with legal counsel, producing investment summaries for presentation to internal investment committee and closing the deals.- Developed and executed Camden's annual disposition plan. Sold over 15,000 units valued at $1.3B.- Led disposition process including soliciting opinions of value from brokers, selecting a broker and managing the process of marketing the property, choosing a buyer, negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, and closing the transaction.- Maintained relationships with local owners, developers and brokers and participated in key industry functions like National Multihousing Council, ULI etc.

Led acquisitions and dispositions for Summit's primary markets including Philadelphia, Washington DC, Raleigh and Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, Georgia and Southeast Florida.- Completed in excess of $1.7B in transactions during the combined 9 years at Summit and Camden.

- Financial Analyst within several groups under the First Union Real Estate Capital Markets umbrella including Portfolio Sales and Advisory Services, Real Estate Investment Banking and Structured Finance.- Performed portfolio valuation and detailed underwriting for private owners and developers of office, retail and multifamily assets located throughout the east coast.- Under Structured Finance, closed 17 bridge loans and 8 equity investment transactions totaling approximately $295MM. The goal of the group was to generate opportunistic returns on capital by providing unique debt or equity structures on higher risk real estate assets.- Performed financial modeling including IRR calcs, absorption analysis, interest reserve approximations and basis calculation as part of due diligence and closing of three ground up equity investments.- Underwrote and prepared credit offering memoranda on bridge loans.
