As a program manager at SoftServe, I manage three tech projects for an international client in the tourism industry, overseeing the scope, roadmap, new features development, and quality assurance with an international team of over 20 full-time employees. I have a bachelor of engineering degree in industrial engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, and a negotiation certification from Universidad Finis Terrae, where I did a school exchange program in 2019.In my previous roles as a project manager at SoftServe and Amber, I was responsible for the management of costs, forecasting, risks, team development, recruitment, and internal and external communication on various QA and tech projects, using Jira, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. I also have a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, which demonstrates my skills in manufacturing process improvement and strategy implementation.
