I have over 10 years of experience in digital product design. Currently, I am a Product Design Specialist at SiDi, where I develop digital products for clients from different segments. I use a critical design perspective to guide my decisions when building products that combine IoT, artificial intelligence, data, and cloud technologies in different contexts. In this role, I collaborate directly on the strategy for new products and business opportunities, connect the technical team to the strategic team, and facilitate communication with stakeholders, always seeking to increase the company's revenue and return for our customers.Summary of my skills as a Senior Product Designer:2024: I collaborated in the development of the pitch, structuring the proposal and business model that started the product sector at the SiDi Institute.2023: I implemented a new recruitment and selection process at SiDi, making candidate evaluation fairer and more transparent.- I also implemented the design operation and formed the new team at the Manaus unit.2020-2023: I worked at CESAR, one of the largest innovation institutes in Brazil, on high-performance projects and teams.2016-2020: I collaborated on educational products at Positivo, where I expanded my knowledge and practices in project management and agile teams, task monitoring, and short-term deliveries.- During my coordination, the number of products kept in Manaus grew from 3 to 10.- The team expanded from 6 to 23 members, including designers and developers.Diverse experience: In all the companies where I worked, I worked on products for segments such as Education, Industry, Logistics, Entertainment, and Public Service.
