• Acted in Strategic Sourcing for the purchase of raw materials (sugar, caps and pet bottles) through the mapping of suppliers previously approved by the Coca-Cola Company, opening of bids, negotiation of values and management of suppliers after the start of supply;• Managed the monthly control of raw material rebates (pet bottles and caps) through the calculation of the volumes and the cross-checking of the negotiations;• Managed the exchange variation of the "dollarized" inputs with the purpose of having previous calculations of the Company's financial provision and its posthumous control;• Met demands of the 3 Engineering areas, among which are: Technical Engineering Department - manufacturing works; Cellar Engineering - warehouses; Building Engineering - administrative buildings.Main Projects:• Factory in Itabirito, MG – purchase of components for ozone generation equipment (US$ 290K), storage racks (R$ 900K) and metal structures (R$ 700K);• CIP (cleaning in place) qualification – Performance in the process of hiring a service dedicated to the Industrial Endoscopy of the CIP cleaning systems in the syrup and packaging equipment in all 8 FEMSA plants spread throughout Brazil – R$ 5M spent;• DCs Reform – Market mapping, quotation, analysis of technical capacity and hiring of suppliers to carry out reforms in the distribution centers of Jurubatuba, Santos, Guaratinguetá and Porto Real - R$ 6.5M spent.

• Participated in the PaaS (Print as a Service) implementation project that aimed to change the management model used until then, enabling the company to have immediate savings after eliminating maintenance costs, purchase of paper and cartridges etc;• Acted in the process of purchase in the restructuring project of the Jurubatuba (corporate) and Jundiaí (industrial plant) units, promoting adaptations to the new demands of data traffic (networks), replacement of obsolete equipment and physical and logical redesign of the offices – Estimated value of R$ 3M/year;• Managed the purchase of technological and security infrastructure (CCTV, cabling, hardware, etc.) for the construction of the new distribution center located in the city of Sumaré, SP – US$ 1M spent;• Participated in the process of converting fixed telephone services to IP telephony in the various units of the Company, enabling the factories and distribution centers to make calls between themselves – reducing cost by 70%;• Participated directly in the purchase of technology infrastructure (cabling, no breaks, software and network equipment) for the Vertical Warehouse of finished products at the Jundiaí plant – US$ 400K spent.

• Conducted supplier development processes, submission of prices, technical evaluations and equalizations of Cisco hardware proposals for various projects in companies of different segments;• Managed the acquisition of all technology infrastructure (hardware, servers, storage and structured cabling) directed to the operation of Samarco – estimated volume of purchases of R$ 3M/year;• Acted directly in the component acquisition processes for the project directed to Embratel's data center (backbone), constantly interacting with the technical teams responsible for the site survey that pointed out the purchase needs – estimated volume of purchases of R$ 4M/year.
