Current Responsibilities:- Single point of contact for Service Management of the contracted deliverablesOwns "Customer Experience" and acts as the customer's advocate with a high priority placed on customer satisfaction- Available to assist on key accounts, including repair performance SLA´s and KPI´s- Partner with Sales Vertical to raise awareness about Services offerings and operations, and equip the Sales Teams to present information about Services offerings - Provide general updates on Services and guidance related to strategic services concerns

- Implement new sales plans and advertising. - Accountable for the Online Store (Sales and Reporting) - Work with sales teams (Outbound, Inbound, Leads) - Introduce new products to the market. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Identify and report market trends and suggesting suggesting system improvements to achieve the company´s marketing and sales goals. - Address Customer issues with speed and efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing/Finance/Business Intelligence/Engineering/Compliance). - Manage invoices and bills.

● Business and Performance Analysis of Portuguese and Spanish Clients (Suppliers). - Development of several Reports and Databases with that information. - Design and Development of Strategies and Processes regarding Customer Success and Retention.● Design and Development of PowerBI reports. - Implementation of those reports in a Customer Care and Sales Team, composed by more than 30 CSR´s. - Presentation of more than 10 workshops regarding the Customer Care and Sales Tool developed under the scope of the PowerBI reports. - Those reports led to an increase of productivity of more than 30% (Time consumed per Client analysis)

Multidisciplinary Involvement with particular focus on the Procurement and Sales Management● Procurement Management - Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies - Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships - Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms● Sales Management - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Performance monitoring of sales● Operations- Implementation and Monitoring of Commercial and Seasonal Campaigns

● Customer Contact, in order to understand and develop the best ways of closing a deal, monitored by an Insurance Broker Expert● Attending a New Training Program in the Financial Field (Stocks and Bonds-Sales Criteria)● Develop and Conceive a Commercial Campaign for the Automobile Luxury Segment● Monitoring the Business Evolution and Respective Goals
