I worked on the product management team for HP Instant Ink, a subscription service for ink that was launched nationally Fall 2013. I helped shape the product roadmap by evaluating international expansion opportunities, with a focus on emerging markets. I dove into all the available data and consumer research to get a solid understanding of the consumers in these global markets, the competitive situation, and overall economic trends. I synthesized all these insights into a compelling story that allowed senior management to drive actions. In addition, I led a project to drive product adoption through multiple consumer touch-points including web, mobile apps (iOS & Andriod), text, and propriety software.
