My main responsibilities are:- Creating the visual materials for Inter Cars Romania regular campaigns (online banners, flyers, brochures, car graphics and so on).- Other than the regular campaigns, I am involved along with my colleagues in the organisation of several events: Inter Cars Fair, The Mechanics Gala, Partners Days. These are big events involving hundreds and thousands of guests. For these events I make 3D simulations of the stands, the event`s location map, flags, banners, roll-ups, vouchers, access badges and so on.- IC Journal - is an online magazine which appears 4 time a year. I make the layout for the articles (ours and for some suppliers, considering their corporate identity).

Since last year I started to work on several projects as a Freelancer and to build my portfolio. Here I learned to be multitasking. I was the only person in the marketing department so I had to learn to accomplish a variety of tasks.My main responsibilities were:- To make competitors analysis,- To create promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design and Adobe Photoshop,- Company`s new site structure,- To create content for the new site,- To make the company’s product catalog using Adobe In Design, according to the new corporate identity,- To create personalized offers for customers, in accordance with the corporate identity,- To create and implement Google Ad Words campaigns considering a budget- To make newsletter campaigns and layouts for specific targets.Skills I obtained:Multitasking, aesthetic sense, creativity, analytical thinking, detail oriented, self-education (I learned to work in Adobe Creative Suite on my own in order to bring added value to my work)

Getlokal is a channel through which small businesses can promote themselves. This channel promotes entertainment and relaxing activities and places like cafes, spas, clubs, restaurants etc. It is based on publishing articles, events, discounts and other news on social networks, on Getlokal`s site and also on the mobile application.At Getlokal I learned to:- Manage a Facebook page,- Analyse the performance of the posts and page,- Write articles for the site,- Make market research and identify new clients,- Maintain relations with company`s customers and proposing them ideas to promote their business,- Organize events that increases company`s visibility for both Getlokal and for it’s clients.

As a volunteer, my team and I were involved in multiple projects. The biggest challenge at that moment was organizing an educational event:”Targul de Masterate”. That event mobilized most of UBB faculties to promote their educational programs for students. On the other side, we helped students to get inform and decide what educational program will they attend to continue their studies. The event took place at Casa de Cultura a Studentilor (Student Culture House) in CLuj-Napoca on 8th of April, 2014. My responsibility in this project was to make partnerships with local media, to maintain relations with local media and to make partnerships with UBB faculties. OSUBB meant for me a practical experience, teamwork, responsibilities and a place where I could learn from my mistakes.
