I oversee the NESCAFE vending machine park from South-East Europe countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Adriatic region - Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina). I have under my responsibility: - coordination of all activities related to forecasting, purchasing, monitoring and machines scrapping in the region.- reporting to regional stakeholders and performance tracking using Power BI and SAP C4C.- running periodical tenders to update supplier portfolio and manage the relationship post implementation;- a team of 3 persons (located in different cities: Bucharest, Sofia, Zagreb);- zone Capex budget and machine related expenses budget.

Management of NESCAFE vending machine park and ownership of the entire flow of procedures applicable through coordination of the followings:- Acquisition process: forecasts and budget management, supplier evaluation, alignment to sales team strategy- Implementation of internal systems/platforms related to vending machines performances tracking: Telemetry, SAP C4C, Power BI reports.- Management of all projects related to trade assets accessories: payment systems, cashless (card) devices, telemetry devices. -Write off process: detailed analysis of machines planned to be destroyed, financial checks, process documentation and registration into the system (SAP)-Business consolidation through development of Power BI tool centralising existing data and delivering reports about machine movements and machine performances according to stakeholder needs.

Successful implementation of Nestle designed software among the partners using NESCAFE vending machines.Mentor for 3 markets (Germany, Benelux, and Nordics) for software implementation.New projects coordination ( Customers Sales Funnel, different sales contests, new solutions/products launch post evaluation)Other tasks:Vending machine park monitoring: monthly checks and reports sent to stakeholders, quality audits preparation (database, reports, post evaluation)
