Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:•Ensure the structure, jobs, and skills in the company match its long-term plans and goals while providing employees with meaningful career experiences•Develop and manage workforce strategies and align HR priorities to deliver business results•Assess & manage labor costs & efficiency, manage transformational projectsDrive End-to-End Talent Strategies:•Design and own innovative talent solutions to find, hire, grow, and keep talent aligned to the business strategy•Foster and reward high performance, address problems, and calibrate performance assessment across teams•Make sure succession plans are up-to-date, healthy, and realistic•Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business and within the HR function•Communicate plans and ensure alignment with Business HR Partners, HR Transformation Leaders, and COEsPartner With & Coach Leaders:•Partner with the client group i.e. GMs, VPs, and SBG functional leaders and directs•Give candid, unbiased coaching, advice, and feedback to leaders•Influence leaders to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity

* Supporting HR matters for Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Montenegro. * Manage the life cycle of the employee from on to off-boarding (interviews, accuracy of the systems, employee engagement, etc.)* Act as first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and concerns about motivation and job satisfaction* Support line management on HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning, career orientation reviews* Manage requests from local authorities (Agentur für Arbeit, BGRCI, PSVaG, INPS, etc.)

* Process annotation & data analysis tasks with high efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment* Deliver the assigned SLAs and KPls as productivity, turnaround time, and quality* Deliver high quality of labeled data, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators, and using in-house tools and software* Provide feedback for improvements to existing tools

• Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing the stocks, management of suppliers and invoicing• Guarantee the availability of the appropriate products in the Store to improve its efficiency and maximize the Client experience.• Improve the availability of products interacting with the Supply Chain.• Improve stock KPl's through different actions working with the store team and HO.• Ensure a daily and optimal Stock counting by following the Internal Audit Calendar• Oversee the AfterSales activity on repairs

• Building a strong relationship with existing Clients, proactively recruit new Clients, leveraging the different clienteling tools to engage and build long term Client relationship; manage a wide portfolio of potential Clients• Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on several product categories to Clients (whether style related or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information• Be a strong style advisor for the Client (e.g. fashion conscious) assess the Client's style and match with product recommendations• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
