Responsible to develop the business plan for a 3 years horizon so that it delivers growth, increased market shares and improved financial kpi's, Experienced in understanding trend analysis & consumer insights. Worked closely with factories for product development, coordination of integrated communication & media mix.- Develop a deep understanding of consumer & shopper behaviour & competitive environment & their implications on the NESQUIK& NESCAFE brands.- Leverage relevant consumer insights and actively translate them into actions.- Define and develop Brand objectives, & detailed Brand plan with strategies and tactics in line with Category objectives & plans - Manage the implementation of the Brand plan in line with the market business strategy.- Monitor Brand business performance, including Market Share, Volume, Value, Penetration, Awareness.- Monitor & manage Brand allocated budget, to deliver Brand plan & targets within budget allocation.
