On the mobile side I am responsible to deliver services for establish secure communication channel between a mobile app and ING (anonymous login based on cryptographical key-agreement protocol), for enrolling a mobile app and includes mPIN means and biometrics for authentication and consent.My main responsibilities:- Setting out the vision for 2 engineer squads, and guard the priorities within the 2 backlogs- Drive the planning sessions with focus on the deadlines and goals of the product and product release plan- Alignment with key stakeholders within multiple countries in Europe and Asia and taking into account the dependencies in the process chain- Plan in advance QBR and leverage the definition of a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them- Proactively validate with the stakeholders the added value and identify new opportunities, features and improvements
