Working in the amazing world of IT & Services is not easy but it's surely fulfilling, exciting and full of challenges. My journey within IT & Services has definitely been an interesting one. Starting from the bottom, transforming my brain into a sponge to absorb as much information, along the way, has gotten me to my role today, which I absolutely love. As a Service Excellence Consultant I explore a variety of topics and ideas. From how to improve our software and ways of working - for better service quality, to understanding what makes clients tick, to working and learning with and from a lot of people, of different cultures and experiences, across the globe. Problem solving and process improvement are definitely two of my favourite aspects of the role.
