It Operations Specialist
Current• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to employees in person across our Berlin Esports and Publishing offices, as well as across EMEA via Slack and email• Logging employee tickets, queries, and requests in ServiceNow and meeting required SLAs• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across multiple admin consoles, such as Onelogin, Okta, Duo Security, Google Admin, Bettercloud, and MBAM• Managed the IT setup of the office post-COVID refurbishment and ensured it met safety requirements set by the government, e.g. desk booking systems, hot desks, conference room setups• Collaborated on a team of 7 with other teams across the world, such as in the USA, to help ensure the highest level of support could be provided across EMEA• Managing and maintaining IT inventory, such as the Rioter Refresh, to ensure employees had up to date tech to meet their needs• Help to maintain office infrastructure such as network stacks, printers and print servers, as well as upgrading AV equipment to match the global standard• Provided hotel load-in and IT support for both the 2021 League of Legends World Championships and the VALORANT Champions 2021
