André Santos, I have a degree in Hospitality Management from the European University and a master's in Management and Entrepreneurship from ISCAL. After graduated, I mostly worked in the hospitality industry, although I have also accumulated professional experience in other areas.In 2015 I did an interrail in which I went through 5 countries for 2 months, exchanging work for accommodation in hostels. This experience allowed me to interact with different cultures, both socially and professionally and to further develop my soft skills. In 2020, and embracing the challenge of the digital transformation that the country is facing, I decided to move to the IT sector, doing a professional reskill. Since then, I'm part of Capgemini Engineering, first developing in OutSystems and now being Initiative Leader. I am also a sports enthusiast. I was a federated athlete in swimming and handball, and I currently practice Crossfit and collect football-related training.
