Ensure proper execution and support of retention and acquisition goals via strategy set forth by Sales LeadershipAssist with routing, answering and resolving all broker (e.g. billing, claims, membership services, etc.) in a timely mannerAssist Agents and Sales Manager through resolution of escalated issuesBuild and maintain customer, broker and consultant relationships. Educate brokers to ensure proper onboarding and adoption of Blue KC products and servicesCollaborate with internal teams to assist in implementing and improving processesAssist in training , coaching, and mentoring all Sales Agents, alongside monitoring call center metrics, sales goals and data analysis as needed for Marketing campaigns.

Answer inbound calls from prospective members, understand customers’ needs, and identify sales opportunities with the goal to convert leads into sales. Assist prospects with plan choices by clearly explaining and demonstrating features of Blue KC products and services, completing enrollment applications, and entering accurate data into sales systems.Serves as an expert on Blue KC products and services while also staying informed about competing products and services.Perform outbound calls to prospective members or existing members to provide yearly updates, collect additional information or to promote ancillary products. Meet and exceed quarterly sales and activity goalsAssist with assigned broker/agent territories by answering correspondence and questions via calls, e-coms, and voicemails to help achieve sales goals.Accomplish tasks as requested regarding new sales, member and underwriting follow up.Other duties as assigned.
