• Over 20 years of manufacturing / operations management experience• Extensive experience in petrochemical industry and manufacturing• Well-versed in all aspects of production including planning, maintenance, inventory management, quality improvement and safety programs• Outstanding mechanical and troubleshooting skills• Innovative problem-solver with exceptional technical, communication, and management skills• Extensive Experience with extruders, reactors, conveyors, presses, compressors, turbines, turbo-blowers, single and multi-stage pumps, proportioning and screw pumps, oil separators, heat exchangers, filters, fittings, columns, furnaces, boilers, recipients, pipes and all afferent equipment• A result oriented, hands-on individual with verifiable strengths in designing and improving processes and work procedures • Trustworthy, self-motivated, open to new ideas, logical, precise and capable of understanding complicated problems
