I am part of the Finance Team having a role in Billing, Invoicing and Cash Collection and my responsibilities are:- verifying the contracts for the clients that I am responsible for and checking certain details that are used for creating the Sales Orders (SO);- creating the Billing Projects with details found in the contracts and sending them for approval;- creating the Rate Tables used for SO creation and sending them for approval as well;- making sure everything is in order for the creation of the SO;- checking the Purchase Orders and uploading them in the Invoicing System;- making sure all the SO's are created properly and proceed with Revenue Recognition;- verifying the timesheets received by the managers and sending the project to processing;- creating the invoices and sending them with the corresponding documentation to the client manager according to the client's request;- in some exceptions, I need to upload the invoices on platforms such as Basware, Ariba or Taulia;- making sure the invoices are paid according to the due date found in the contract and keeping in touch with the client manager for collection issues;- preparing for the forecast meeting;- communicating with colleagues from Delivery, Financial and Support departments.

There are branches in all the country's cities, and a telephone line accessible 24/7 is available for urgent situations.My responsibilities were found in the:- activating or restricting the debit/credit cards and their issuance;- checking customer balances, amounts of money blocked as a result of transactions and unblocking them, if applicable, and partial clearing of accounts, if they were restricted due to non‑payment of certain debts to the state;- calculating statements for credit cards together with checking the payment amounts resulting from transactions and dividing them into installments;- the activation of SMS notification services (SMS Alert), which informs the client after making a transaction or in case of receiving an amount on the account, as well as the activation of the BROM Pay payment service, which represents an easier and faster way to make transactions;- an activity of significant importance is that of card surveillance to avoid fraud attempts, where a detailed procedure is followed regarding all the history of transactions made with that card and the method of carrying out the operation (POS/Full Secure), together with the verification of the merchant so that we can figure out if it is a reliable one or not;- in exceptional cases, the measure is taken to restrict traders who can be national or international and who carry out fraudulent transactions or the "mid" which represents the intermediary between the merchant and the cardholder.

Like Vodafone, Telekom is also a mobile telephone company that offers the same services yet at different costs. My job as a customer service assistant was to offer support to customers whenever they needed the most. As for responsibilities, they were the same as the ones at Vodafone.

Vodafone is a fixed and mobile telephone company that offers services for pre-paid cards, subscriptions, and the internet. The customers of this company either have subscriptions to fixed services, television, internet, and fixed telephony, or mobile services, subscriptions, or pre-paid cards.My responsibilities were found in the:- helping customers who had difficulties with mobile services, respectively pre‑paid cards, and solving them as quickly as possible;- activating a service that allowed customers to dial numbers and use mobile data. When they were abroad, we inform them to use other services that were created for use while abroad;- informing them about new subscriptions that could offer them more benefits at better costs.My achievements as an employee in customer relations support were to reduce the waiting time for them, by solving requests quickly and professionally and I was among the few employees who took calls in English and helped foreign customers to solve their issues.
