- Manage the definition forum for a prototype/trial/production batch (check input data, launch the forum, preparation the Technical Definitions of the vehicles)- Manage the meetings / marathons with customers to freeze / reduce the diversity of vehicles and test supports (Body, Unit and Collection).- Alert the project in the following situations (absence of customer feedback, difficulty in reducing diversity, modification of the batch volumetry).- Participate to project meetings (masterplanning, batch monitoring, project progress meeting).- Provide the necessary documents to launch the vehicles in plant.- Diffusion of the definition freeze to all stakeholders (customers, project managers, plant)- Follow-up of post-definition batch (modification for add/delete a support from forum, modification of diversity according to the evolution of the product definition)
