Responsible for electronic boards horizontal wet process equipment lines for surface structuring and cleaning, laser cutting machines, automated lines for circuit exposing, pick and place, AOI’s, water treatment instalation.▪ Preparing the preventive maintenance plan of the production equipment and plan implementation monitoring▪ Monitoring and participation in daily repairing and maintenance activities in order to maximize the use of equipment and machinery▪ Preventive and corrective maintenance activities analysis for time reducing and work efficiency▪ Monitoring and recording all the maintenance activities in technical files▪ Tracking of production and maintenance indicators▪ Improvement projects proposals for equipment availability and efficiency based on the refreshed preventive maintenance check lists (continuous improvement)▪ Proposing of necessary spare parts and consumables for production equipment▪ Participation in the pre-acceptance of the production equipment within the equipment manufacturing company▪ Participation in the installation process of new machinery and equipment, according to companystandards▪ Development of maintenance work instructions and checklists for machinery/ equipment/installations▪ Management for necessary spare parts stock▪ Interface ensuring between the company and equipment manufacturers or spare parts suppliers▪ Contribution for staff training (maintenance and operators)▪ Back-up for maintenance manager (team organizing due to the daily activities, meetings with other departments)▪ Providing support for Facility Department (during interventions or in connection with external companies)▪ Technical support for Purchasing Department
