After a 10+ years ride into the customer service world and 4 in teaching and managing others, I feel it's time to start fresh and take on a new challenge.I am a hardworking individual, with a growth focused mindset and I work on improving myself daily. Always a team player, with a positive attitude and a mindset of growth, I excel at learning fast by observing others. This helped me climb up the ladder at any workplace.Although i have an analytical mind, i am very empathetic , which helps me deal with customers or/and employees efficiently and holistically. I value freedom of thought and action in a workplace. This helps me think out of the box and find creative solutions to most problems.I highly value emotional intelligence: along the way it has helped me to see into people's potential and to adopt the right attitude when training.I believe there is no other way to quantify progress other than results.
