•Leading multiple stream aligned teams composed of Data engineers, Product Owners and Business Analysts in an Agile environment, addressing a variety of business requests and serving different business units from financial to commercial•Working closely with the Development Team Leader and the Product Owner in different team performance initiatives: support performance, processes efficiency, defining and monitoring objectives.•Being part of the team defining the platform strategy•Defining and maintaining the strategy and the vision of the product•Ensuring that all the initiatives executed are aligned with the platform strategy and the company key objectives•Together with the team we build complex data algorithms and present them via reporting tools: Sales, Rebates, Vouchers, Product Performance Rating, Profit and Loss Statement, Campaign and Pricing Performance, etc•Managing the projects costs from the estimation phase to allocation, controlling and measurement•Organizing and attending meetings with senior management to define top priorities for a certain period•Together with the Project manager, coordinate strategical and cross team projects within the BI Platform

•Coordinating a team of 5 Product owners/Project managers and 7 Business analysts working on data projects addressing different business areas like financial, commercial and marketplace•Acting as a coach and mentor for the team to deliver performance•Together with Product owners defining and maintaining the strategy and the vision of each product•Together with the team we build complex data algorithms and present them via reporting tools: Seller Rating, Profitability KPIs allocation at product level, Suppling recommendations, Commercial performance, Inventory management, etc.•Managing the projects costs from the estimation phase to allocation, controlling and measurement•Organizing and attending meetings with senior management to define top priorities for a certain period•Ensuring that the developments at team level are aligned and in accordance with the company key objectives•Participating in an active manner on different strategical projects at department level

•Creating product backlog•Defining epics and user stories •Prioritize the requests in accordance with the business needs and based on the return on investment of any initiative•Maintaining the product roadmap •Setting up and attending scrum meetings (grooming, planning, retrospective)•Acting as a liaison between the development team and the stakeholders•Implementing product strategy and ensuring that all the development requests are in line with it•Performing a constant communication with the stakeholders to support the business initiatives•Together with the business analysts ensuring that all the stories are documented according to a standard defined at team level, all the tasks are clearly understood by the development team and all the releases are accompanied by a technical and business documentation in Confluence•Closely collaborating with the business analysts and with the development team to ensure that all the project milestones are successful passed•Taking part in all project phases, starting with the initiation of the project, to specification definition, to implementation and project closure•Performing UAT tests and data quality check•Cooperating with other Product Owners and Project Managers for cross team projects•Conducting user trainings and presentations
