Prepare/assist with the accurate and timely submission of regularLegal Entity and Management Financial Statements as per the PMIReporting instructions and Finance Operating Model. Identify andpropose the necessary US GAAP accounting entries (adjustments,reclassification, closing, etc.) to ensure compliance with PMI FinanceStandards, Principle & Practices and fulfillment of reportingrequirements.

As a credit controlling analyst, I have to:▪ Check that all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented;▪ Compliance with Philip Morris International financial accounting manual, financial controls manual and regulatory requirements are in place;▪ Follow-up all local and international credit limit related policies and procedures while ensuring current legislation is properly met; participate, propose procedures updates. Management reporting▪ Prepare/assist regular/ad-hoc analyses, presented to Commercial/Sales departments and Management in order to make sound business decisions; monitor assumed risks in the market and address for corrective actions when excessive;▪ Prepare/assist with accurate submission of regular reports in order to fulfilment of reporting requirements and deadlines;▪ Identify exceptions and report them to relevant decision factors; support business decision factors with timely and accurate risk evaluation analyses, to ensure a controlled business risk. Credit LimitIdentify real business needs and find the appropriate solution for addressing credit limit allocation; detect special cases which are to be monitored, propose optimal solution in order to minimize customer risk.
