Current• Perform complex data retrieval using SQL, followed by in-depth analysis to create data-driven models aimed at increasing production output, capacity, and velocity.• Manage Critical Queue Times (CQT) through complex data analysis to configure dynamic budget calculations for lot releases into high-risk segments. Optimize the use of expensive tools while preventing lot damage due to excessive wait times. Responsible for configuring release control systems and monitoring performance for continuous quality improvements.• Utilized advanced simulation software to optimize highly complex semiconductor manufacturing processes, enabling analysis of various "what-if" scenarios and providing critical support for management decision-making.• New Product and Process Introduction Leader in the Production Team responsible for adjusting and preparing production line constraints to support the quality and on-time delivery of over 40 new products and 4 new processes, while minimizing impact on existing operations.
