Ensuring interaction between the execution of projects.During the work, the following projects have been implemented:- IT integration of a large retail network in Kazakhstan;- Development of new system modules for 3PL Logistics (Archiving of documents, "Accounting system for service managers");- Development of the architecture of the "Demetra" system based on 1C (a system for managing promo funds, promotions, bonuses and discounts);- CustDev and UserStory for modular add-ons and solutions to existing systems (JDE, Phoenix, PowerBI);- Conducting development stages using Agile and Waterfall methodologies (different development teams for each project);- Creating roadmaps;- Maintaining sprints and development backlogs;- Conducting interviews with users
