Current• Manage large VIP accounts such as Mattel, Red Bull, and Dollar General, among others, serving as the client’s first point of contact and offering personalized service and solutions to ensure client retention and satisfaction.• Monitor import operations for customers while preparing and updating daily reports to keep the customers informed of any changes in expected delivery times.• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to forecast potential problems and improve the efficiency of services.• Review and analyze service contracts to enforce mutual rights and duties between the parties to each contract.• Regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, online chats, and video calls, always representing the company in a professional manner.
