Responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager by leading and managing all sections of the Front Office Department in order to ensure the highest standards. An AFOM monitors the Front Office employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition and takes care of the front desk operation including guest registration, room assignment and check-out procedures. Furthermore an Assistant Front Office Manager assists the Front Office Manager in employee related matters such as evaluations and consulting.

• Leading, motivating and continuously developing the Butler Team in order to maximise colleague productivity, departmental revenue, guest satisfaction & department COS scores. • Overseeing all aspects of the floor operation, including administrative tasks to ensure standards and consistency are maintained to the highest level at all times. • Ensuring the highest level of privacy, safety and security of hotel guests at all times. • Maintaining a full and comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available in the hotel, other Jumeirah properties and the local area. • Ensuring all suites are checked, maintained and serviced at all times in accordance with standard operating procedures. • Maintaining inventory levels, maintenance and general upkeep of equipment & operating supplies. • Ensuring that butlers adhere to hotel Health and Safety policies/procedures and quality standards at all times.
