♦ Continuous administration of client relationships in order to identify their specific financial needs, as well as to propose and implement financial products and services, manage transactions and investment solutions;♦ Ensure that the customer receives the appropriate financial services for achieving asset growth taking into consideration risk and potential development;♦ Ensure the completion of the bank’s financial goals while providing exceptional customer satisfaction;♦ Successfully identify and implement the appropriate lending strategies for the existent customers;♦ Prepare the borrowing application;♦ Monitor the development of clients’ portfolios and plan further action;♦ Improve own portfolio through up-selling and cross-selling in concordance with the financial institution’s needs, as well as the client’s;♦ Offer support to the client in the lending process and solve all issues related to the clients’ relationship with the financial institution;♦ Cooperate closely with the Branch Manager in order to seek out and identify potential clients and build appropriate marketing strategies to attract them; ♦ Administer the bank’s portfolio for its assets and liabilities;♦ Prospect the market and develop new offers for the employees of SME companies;♦ Implement marketing strategies for customers in accordance with the Retail Division and UniCredit Group;♦ Maintain a tightknit cooperative relationship with the Corporate Relationship Manager and SME in order to attract the management division and employees of these companies to open accounts.

♦ Attract new clients, identify clients’ financial needs and offer appropriate lending/borrowing solutions;♦ Identify and sort transactions, assess credit score, fill out credit application and credit (lending) contract in accordance with the rules and procedures of the financial institution;♦ Maintain good relationships between the financial institution and its clients;♦ Administer credit portfolios; ♦ Issue monthly reports in regards to the crediting activities;♦ Record credit transactions in the system;♦ In charge of closing process for credit files;♦ Credit follow-up.

♦ Marketing activities and substituting short staffed institutions in Bucharest: Referent marketing at the Bucharest Regional Cent;♦ Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;♦ Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;♦ Formulate and develop, marketing plans and strategies;♦ Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships;♦ Source advertising opportunities;♦ Manage budgets;♦ Evaluate marketing campaigns;♦ Monitor competitor activity.

♦ In charge of timely and accurate transactions within the branch;♦ In charge of the opening and closing procedures for accounts as well as deposits;♦ Bank transactions in national currency (Payment orders, etc.);♦ Bank transactions in foreign currencies;♦ In charge of currency exchanges;♦ Correction of financial errors.
