I love the written word and as long as I can remember, I was way better at communicating through writing than in person ✏ It's where the two halves of my brain meet - the artistic and the scientific I guess. And although I wore many hats in my life, I always come back to it - this time as SEO & content marketing specialist.Call me undecided or curious (I prefer the latter 🙃) - I tried my hand at a lot of stuff over the years. More than 12 years of classical music education in violin taught me discipline, perseverance and above all, working under pressure (playing in front of an audience of a couple hundred people is nerve-wracking to the max).From violin, to degree in biology, I did a sharp turn from art to pure science and data. Why you ask? Because I felt like it 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn't trade it for the world, participating in some daredevil field studies (howling with the wolves takes the cake 🐺) and volunteer work with various ecological organizations.All the while, I nurtured my love of writing. I was first a writer for two separate pet-centric magazines and after a while, took up the role of chief editor of one of those and co-authored an e-book about my other passion, which is of course dogs 🐕 After college, I started working in retail to get some pocket money (following my dog-hobby, of course it was pet retail), where I started as sales associate but quickly got promoted as assistant store manager and then to web manager role for our e-commerce, where we slowly scaled up the business which then of course exploded in COVID. I was writing content for and managing the website, leading a team of lovely people in our web department and retail through the treacherous waters of COVID-era extremes 🌊 Here, I took on a myriad of roles, from packing orders and ordering stock, to planning promotional activities for online sales, copywriting marketing materials and customers service, content production and search engine optimization... and I loved every minute of it! 💙There came the time to further expand my knowledge of everything digital and left to pursue my career into the SEO and content marketing sphere 🚀 Once again, I made a full one-eighty and did a nose dive into agency life, where I learned all about SEO and then even more - content marketing, strategy, email marketing and lecturing. After I got the most of agency life, I decided to put my knowledge to work in the biggest telecommunications company around- Telekom Slovenije.So let's expand our universe, shoot me a message and we can exchange some words! ✉
