Ambition and leadership are the vehicles that have driven my career. As Partner at German Gallagher & Murtagh, I manage the investigation, litigation, and defense of numerous high-impact, complex cases involving catastrophic injury or death. My past experience as trial counsel for Liberty Mutual affords me the benefit of possessing substantial litigation knowledge while understanding the inner workings of managing a large caseload. I've tried many cases and obtained defense verdicts in the overwhelming majority. My willingness to learn, adapt, and create winning environments for myself and my counterparts is what continues to foster my success. I served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association and am also an elected member of the Board of Governors. I serve on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel. I also serve as a Zone One Delegate for the Pennsylvania Bar Association.Participation in the aforementioned bar associations, coupled with being an ABA and DRI published writer are a few avenues that showcase both my diverse skill sets and talents. I am also passionate about partnering with youth as a resource for those who seek to excel in life. This is best highlighted by my work leading the Diversity Scholarship Reception, in addition to my advocacy for the Philadelphia Youth Courts program.
