With over 14 years of experience in civil construction and project planning, I am a co-owner of Lima Construção & Engenharia, a company that specializes in building luxury villas. I was also the commercial director of CJ Decor, a family-owned business that provides interior design and renovation services for residential and commercial clients. I hold certification in passive house design, as well as a master's degree in civil engineering from Universidade do Minho. I am fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and proficient in BIM methodologies. My core competencies include relationship management, innovation, marketing, leadership, communication, and customer satisfaction.
