As Chief Operating Officer, I was responsible for assisting and overseeing the work of all project managers, attending meetings with clients, improving the quality of our projects, allocating and working with all the members of the Projects Department.

ISEG Junior Business Consulting is a junior enterprise of management consulting, in which its members apply their theoretical knowledge in real cases and projects and thus, improving the development of hard and soft skills essential for their academic and professional paths.As a trainee consultant, I had the opportunity to work on a business plan, to a client just starting his company.
