I managed a team of 16 members allocated to different departments (Marketing and Communication, Health and Sports, Cultural and Recreative and Erasmus) with the assistance of a Vice-president. Establishing several partnerships and problem-solving.

The ''Better Together'' campaign consists of a cycle of foureducational workshops oriented on empowering youth towardbuilding more inclusive societies. The content of the workshop has been specially designed for high-school students between the ages of 15 and 19. It consists of educational material about discrimination, experience-based role-play, situation-based games, video material, and interactive discussions. The purpose of these workshops is to raise awareness about discrimination and all its aspects and to encourage the discussion and development of empathy towards individuals impacted by discriminatingbehaviour as well as motivating young people to engage more prepared in reducingdiscrimination in society.Being a local coordinator has continued to improve my skills in regard to:- Working within a team- Coordinating a team of over 10 volunteers- Organizing training sessions- Contacting schools - Contacting event promoters - Organizing data within excel

I’ve collaborated on the Ph.D project ''Efeitos da retenção escolar em componentes afetivas da aprendizagem'' (in english: the effects of school retetion in affective components of the learning processes) under the orientation of Joana Pipa at CIE-ISPA. The opportunity was given to me through the DCI program (Desenvolvimento de Competências de Investigação/ Development of Research Skills) program at ISPA-IU. This program is an extracurricular opportunity. The main skills that I've developed are:- SPSS (calculating descriptive statistics)- Excel (making graphics and charts)- Data analysis - Elaboration of a scientific poster (as the first author) that was presented at the XVI Congresso Internacional Galego-Português de Psicopedagogia in September 2021.
