Responsible for LATAM Services SKU operations as well as the SME for warranty extension and upgrades SKUs globally.Point of contact to resolve complex issues and work with diverse teams on diverse areas to ensure services are ready to be sold.

Responsible for LATAM SKU creation for new Services offered at Dell. Ensure that Dell LATAM is ready for services support and deployment sales. Alignments are done with Pricing, Accounting and Global Leadership teams in preparation for services readiness in order to ensure services are up to date and ready for sales.
